He is currently an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where he previously also held the position of Global Social Impact Practice Manager, Manager, Consultant, and Senior Associate Consultant.

Prior to his time at Bain & Company, Adam served as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Baker's Furniture and as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company.
