Adam Cooper is a highly experienced law enforcement professional, currently serving as the Commander of Operations within the City of Gulfport Police Department, the second largest police force in Mississippi.

Adam Cooper holds a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, and has completed advanced studies in Police Executive Leadership and Administration from the University of Louisville and Southern Police Institute, respectively.

With a diverse and extensive background in law enforcement, Adam has held various leadership positions within the City of Gulfport Police Department, including Deputy Commander of Operations, Captain Officer in Charge of Special Enforcement, Detective Lieutenant Officer in Charge of Criminal Investigations, Detective Sergeant in the Criminal Investigation Division, Detective in the Criminal Investigation Division, and Patrol Officer.
