Adam Chaplin is an experienced DevOps Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, and Delivery Manager who has built a successful career transforming organizations' technology change management processes. He is an Agile practitioner with strong systems engineering skills learned while occupying technical lead roles on Microsoft-based solution projects.

His passion lies in adopting Agile methodologies and fostering a DevOps engineering culture to drive continuous improvement in organizations. He has worked with prominent organizations such as HM Revenue & Customs, King's College London, News UK, Mizuho International, and London Stock Exchange in various capacities, including Microsoft System Engineer, Enterprise Platform Engineering Service Lead, Implementation Engineer, Senior System Administrator, and Systems Administrator.

In addition to his professional expertise, Adam is an active Kitesurfer, Japanese cooking enthusiast, and practices Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness. He also enjoys skiing in the winter.
