Adam holds an MBA from Dartmouth College's The Tuck School of Business and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University's College of Engineering.

Previously, he has held positions at ipCapital Group such as Director, Senior Manager, Consulting Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate. Prior to his role at ipCapital Group, he contributed his expertise as Product Strategy for Europe and Asia at Eaton Corporation, Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Senior Development Engineer at CVI Laser (now IDEX Corporation).
