• Lead Generation - At Contently I execute and optimize lead generation channels including but not limited to social advertising, paid search, publication sponsorship, remarketing, and direct mail campaigns. I also assist in Contently events including sponsored, hosted, earned, as well as webinars to ensure timely follow up, and accurate tagging in Contently's CRM.

• Lead Nurturing - After users make their initial touch with the brand, and I developed lead nurturing campaigns with the content team and create new workflows to continue the conversation during the lead journey.

• Lead Scoring - With thousands of leads flowing in each month I work to manage a complex lead scoring campaign, to pinpoint key users that qualify as a Contently MQL based on firmographic and behavioral data.

• Reporting - As the Salesforce "cop", I make sure that data quality and work flows remain consistent  to ensure that I can report true campaign ROI across all campaigns. After creating new reporting templates, I derive strategic recommendations for upcoming quarters and budget lead channels to hit company goals.

Horizon Media is one of the largest independent media agencies in the world, representing the interest of house hold brands around the world. 

Spend Optimization - Through my time at Horizon, I managed $10MM+ in advertising spend across multiple channels, utilizing enterprise bid management tools. I was involved in launching new channels and optimizing across multiple devices. I also executed a new comprehensive testing program to optimize ad copy to maximize engagement.

Campaign Launches - From holiday campaigns to new product launches, I assisted in the launch of new campaigns to meet the needs of the client across international and domestic geos.

Reporting and forecasting - I was involved in daily, weekly, and quarterly reporting deliverables to the client to pinpoint successes and areas of opportunity to clients and develop new opportunities to reach company benchmarks.
