Adam Berns

Adam Berns is a jack of all trades in the world of education, entertainment, media, and technology. He has worked closely with his family's commercial real estate development and investment company and has since moved on to various ventures, including educational technology, water technology, telecom distribution, cybersecurity, and entertainment. Berns was the Managing Director and head of ITG America, the US-based subsidiary of ITG Global, one of the largest educational software companies globally, where he managed ITG's operations in the US, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. He also co-founded BrainRush, an educational software company that utilized video game technology in educational software alongside video game legend Nolan Bushnell. Berns also co-founded Neural ID, a venture-backed pattern recognition firm that specialized in big data analytics for Fortune 500 companies such as General Motors, John Deere, NASA, and several top pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Berns holds a law degree and an MBA from UCLA, as well as a B.A. in Economics with distinction from Stanford University.
