Jill Lemon is a well-respected talent acquisition and workforce advisor based in Virginia, with over a decade of experience in developing and implementing customized solutions in both business and nonprofit sectors. She is a charismatic communicator and storyteller with a reputation for drawing people together and inspiring action with her authentic and highly personal style. Jill has an extensive background in talent management, people strategy, workforce planning, professional networking, career consulting, training workshops, branding and marketing, and public speaking. Before co-founding Sandbox, Jill served as the talent acquisition manager for MBL Technologies, where she built a program to creatively recruit and retain top-quality resources in highly competitive markets. She was also a Partner at Momentum Resources, where she provided job-searching and coaching services to working mothers in search of alternative work schedules or assistance reemerging into the workforce. Jill is an active Richmond community advocate who volunteers with various organizations, most recently serving as 2016-2018 Chair for Impact 100 Richmond, a women's collective giving initiative focused on member education and community reinvestment.
