Ada Marmion

Ada Marmion is a highly accomplished sustainability and development professional, with extensive experience in renewable energy policy, sustainable energy finance, microfinance, and political ecology. She holds a Masters degree in Environment & Development from Kings College London and a Masters degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po, as well as certifications in microfinance and project finance for sustainable energy.

Ada has worked with a variety of reputable organizations, including Energy 4 Impact, the Frankfurt School / UNEP Collaborating Centre for Climate & Sustainable Energy Finance, OECD - Sahel and West Africa Club, and the International Energy Agency. She is currently serving as the Just Transformation Lead at EIT Climate KIC and has previously managed the Re-Industrialise Flagship Programme at the same organization.

As a consultant and sustainability expert, Ada is passionate about systems innovation, entrepreneurship, and education, relying on these aspects to enable high-emitting and industry regions across Europe to become inclusive low-carbon innovation economies. Ada has also worked as a journalist and editor at Zoom Out, where she honed her communication and storytelling skills.
