Jens Ulrik Hansen, a future strategist, entrepreneur, facilitator, and keynote speaker with extensive experience in empowering strategic initiatives, culture transformations, and building new businesses. With a focus on digital transformation, Jens' vast experience includes leadership and culture transformation, business model innovation, and designing and executing global 21st-century go-to-market strategies that result in increased digital maturity, customer experience, and organizational agility.

Jens started his career working as a Product Manager at Purup-Eskofot and a management consultant at Accenture. He also worked as the head of Software Systems Development at TERMA and as a Project Manager at CCI Europe A/S. He founded iMind, an enterprise solutions company focused on collaboration, communication, and compliance solutions and Future Associates, a business, and leadership transformation consulting company. He has also worked as a Director - Leadership & Business Transformation at The Futures Agency and managed the Cimbria Capital.

Currently, Jens is serving as a Co-Founder and CEO at Futures Institute AG, and he was previously a Co-Founder and Director at Supertrends - a platform analyzing and visualizing the world's largest proprietary database of expert geopolitical and technological foresight. He is also a speaker and guest lecturer at various universities worldwide.
