Andy Prinz is a renowned music industry professional with a diverse background in music publishing, record industry, music production, and songwriting. He established his own music publishing company in 2001, which has had co- and sub-deals with Sony/ATV, Ultra, Sirup, David Gresham, Cloud9, ROBA, and many more. Currently, he is working as a Label Manager / A&R for MUVE Recordings, where he handles artist relations, project management, planning of marketing & promotion strategies, in-house playlists launch, contact to international editors at DSP's such as Spotify or Apple Music, private curator network, establishing new business relations with labels, distributors & tech companies. Prinz has worked on several projects for various major record labels like Universal, EMI, and Sony as an A&R.

He is also an expert in retail & distribution and has worked as a product manager for national importers of brands such as Steinberg or Propellerhead. Additionally, he has vast experience in social media/digital business areas, where he manages artist & label profiles, advertisement, brand deals, influencer campaigns, and sets up YouTube Content ID. Prinz is a former songwriter (exclusive) at Sony/ATV Germany and a former member of the board / digital business at Musikschaffende Schweiz.

Prinz has also been involved in education, studying Licensing, Contracts, A&R, Events at Various Labels & Organizations in 2008. Additionally, he completed his Matura B at Kantonsschule Sargans in 1995 with subjects like Deutsch, Englisch, Französich, Latein, Mathematik, Geschichte, Physik, Biologie.
