He is currently the Director of the Structured Finance Group at Arena Investors, Lp, where he specializes in leveraging his vast industry knowledge and expertise to optimize market opportunities. Prior to this, he co-founded Finch Energy Captial, and held director-level positions at Libremax Capital, Llc, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Merrill Lynch, where he gained experience in asset-backed securities trading, asset-based finance, and software programming. Mr. Nayar holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
