Guillaume Lucci is a seasoned infrastructure developer and operator with an impressive track record of delivering awarded projects across five continents. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Prime Metroline Power Holdings (PMPH) and Prime Metroline Infrastructure Holdings (PMIH), he has over 20 years of experience in heavy civil and industrial project development in the emerging markets, including power generation and distribution, bulk water supply, and wastewater treatment plants.

Before joining Prime INFRA, Guillaume held several senior positions at International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI), a global port operator, overseeing the company's infrastructure and equipment projects and Capital Expenditures across 20 countries and over 30 terminals worldwide. He also worked for Halcrow/CH2M HILL and River Consulting LLC, a division of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP, leading the port and maritime services business group in Latin America and managing major projects in the energy and industrial sectors.

Guillaume is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering, and the Florida Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering. He also earned a Diplôme d'Etudes Universitaires Générales (DEUG) in Physics at the Université de Toulon in France.

In addition to his executive roles, Guillaume is also active in academia and has taught civil/structural and port engineering courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. He is a former board member of WasteFuel, a leading waste-to-energy technology company.
