Becca Aaronson

Becca Aaronson, a talented journalist and product professional, boasts a diverse educational background and an impressive resume of leadership positions in the media industry. With a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, Concentration in Cultural Theory, Linguistics, Cum Laude, Honors in Major from Scripps College, Becca sharpened her critical thinking and writing skills. She went on to hone her digital expertise at MakerSquare and General Assembly, where she studied Front-End Development and User Experience Design, respectively.

Becca has held several positions in the media industry, starting as a Health Care and Data Reporter at Texas Tribune, where she won a Pulitzer Prize finalist distinction. She has also served as Team Lead - Senior Developer/Designer, Product Manager, and finally Director of Product at the Tribune. Most recently, Becca served as Interim Executive Director of News Product Alliance.

With a wealth of knowledge in journalism and media, coupled with technical skills in product development and UX design, Becca has made a significant impact on several digital media organizations.
