VIPUL MATHUR

Vipul Mathur is a seasoned CEO, business head, and entrepreneur with expertise in ecommerce, retail, and brand creation. He is passionate about driving business transformation, consumer centricity, and innovation through analytical thinking and speed. With a B.Tech in Textile Technology from The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences and an MBA in Management from Goa Institute of Management, Vipul also holds several certifications in coaching, leadership, digital transformation, design thinking, and machine learning from reputed institutions like Coaching Foundation of India, Newfield Asia, Purdue University, and the University of Sydney.

Vipul has served as the Chief Business Officer at Nykaa Beauty & Fashion and as the Business Head at Udaan.com, leading both startups and large organizations as CXO. He has also founded and grown new-age ecommerce organizations/verticals in recent times, like the Club brand of India, Vdot, and Van Heusen's my Fit tech platform. In addition to his decisive leadership, Vipul is a product building expert with a consumer first and design thinking approach. He builds highly pertinent product portfolios and strong recommendation engines based on sound data analytics and machine learning.

Throughout his career, Vipul has achieved many industry firsts, including the creation of 37 private labels in one year for B2B markets, Pure Athleisure brand SKULT, and the profitability of Mufti - a 22 year old brand he redefined. But besides business success, Vipul is also a dedicated mentor and coach, having led many large and motivated teams with his coaching and mentoring expertise. He is a certified internal mentor and coach to Aditya Birla and holds accreditations from the Coaching Foundation of India.

Vipul currently resides in Bangalore with his wife, a counselor and art therapist, and their two children. In his free time, Vipul enjoys yoga, meditation, and cycling on the weekends.
