Willy Romão is an experienced and dedicated CTO with over ten years of IT experience and eight years of experience in the telecommunications, software development, and financial industries in Brazil. He studied Técnico em Informática, Informática at Escola Politécnica - Polimig, Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Ciência da Computação, and Engenharia de Computação, Computer Engineering at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. He has co-founded and developed multiple systems that can handle up to 20,000 requests per second and store over one billion records per month, always prioritizing scalability, high availability, and criticality of the systems. Romão currently works as a Software Architect at Inter, and has held senior software engineering and development positions in companies like Cryp Financial Services, RouteCall, and VNLabs Soluções VoIP de Alto Tráfego. In addition to his professional career, Romão is also active on Github, sharing his knowledge with fellow developers.
