Stephen is a former Co-founder and Chairman of LOVESPACE, where he launched and grew the business to a valuation of £20m and raised £8m from VC, crowd, and strategic investors.

Before this, he served as the Director of Strategy and New Ventures at Guardian News & Media, where he laid the foundations for the company's digital-first and international strategy. Stephen increased the company's digital revenues from £20m to £40m and was responsible for overseeing and developing the video and podcast teams, increasing revenues from £200k to over £2m in two years.
