Dr. Rashid Zaynetdinov is a widely recognized expert in mechanical engineering, innovative technology, reliability, and safety in rolling stock. He is a full professor at the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering (MIIT) and has held prominent academic positions in several universities around the world. Dr. Zaynetdinov holds a Certificated Specialist in Neural networks and Genetic Algorithms from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Dr. Sc in Mechanical Engineering from MIIT.

Dr. Zaynetdinov's research has focused on analyzing the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) and quality of rolling stock. His contributions to the field have positioned him as a sought-after professional with several publications in professional journals and books. He is also the Marquis "Who’s Who in the World" biographee, a full member of the Academy of Quality Problems of Russian Federation, and the People’s Academy of Sciences of Russian Federation (Section of Synergetics).

Additionally, Dr. Zaynetdinov has conducted research on the multifractal model of innovation cycles, innovation management, and lean six sigma. He has expertise in statistical methods, standardization, project management, high technology, nanotechnology, synergetics, self-organization, self-affinity, fractals, multifractals, wavelet-analysis, and dynamics of entropy, information entropy.

Dr. Zaynetdinov is a former Professor of Innovative Technology at Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT), Professor at Yong-In Songdam College in South Korea, and Principal Researcher in the Technical Research Institute at Hyundai Precision & Industry Co., Ltd. He has presently two postgraduate students, one analyzing the availability function of the high-speed train "Velaro Rus" (Siemens).
