Michael Quadrini is a strategic and visionary leader with extensive experience in various industries, including aerospace, defense, oil & gas, manufacturing, and R&D. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and studied Program Management at Defense Acquisition University.

As the Director Program Management at L3Harris Technologies, he drives growth and performance through his expertise in building strategy, identifying cost-effective solutions, and ensuring strategic flexibility. He has excelled in various leadership positions, such as Head of Business Operations, Head of Product Lines, and Head of Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement at General Atomics. During his tenure, he championed groundbreaking hardware projects, orchestrated successful hiring and training programs, and led complete turnarounds within organizations.

Michael is an executive collaborator, data-driven risk manager, and strategic thinker who leads world-class teams to exceptional success. He plans and executes new product/service launches, drives major transformations and efficiencies, and enhances accountability that ensures performance. His achievements include submittal of the winning proposal that led to the acquisition of the Independence-class littoral combat ship, which continues to be built and delivered to the U.S. Navy today.
