As the founder & CEO of ProSocial, she specializes in social change, philanthropy, strategy, business development, capacity-building in the nonprofit sector, social marketing, cause-related marketing, corporate social responsibility, and media social action initiatives.

Meredith is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where she studied law (J.D.), and the University of California, Berkeley, where she double majored in political science and communications (B.A.). She has 25 years of experience in creating positive social change and is well-known in the field.

Prior to founding ProSocial, Meredith served as the EVP of Corporate & Community Affairs at Participant Productions, where she focused on creating and executing corporate social responsibility programs. Before that, she founded and served as the CEO of Break the Cycle, a nonprofit organization that helps young people end abusive relationships.
