Steve Coverick is a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal's North American Corporate Restructuring practice in Dallas, bringing over a decade of financial advisory experience.

His expertise spans restructuring, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and cost reduction across diverse industries like cryptocurrency, energy, technology, media, telecommunications, healthcare, and hospitality.

Mr. Coverick currently serves as a financial advisor to FTX Trading Ltd during its chapter 11 proceedings and has worked with notable clients such as Seadrill Limited, iHeart Media, White Star Petroleum, and Templar Energy.

He previously held a Manager position at Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services practice in Chicago and holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Mr. Coverick is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Turnaround Professional recognized by the Turnaround Management Association. He has also been actively involved with the Kelley School of Business Alumni Association Board of Directors.
