Alexander Volchkov is an accomplished corporate governance and M&A expert with a focus on deal structuring, financial modeling, business valuation, and due diligence. Over his career, he has worked with top companies in Russia, the CIS, and NIS as a CEO, Visiting Professor, Board Member, independent director, and investment officer.

Volchkov has extensive experience in risk-management, financial control, and internal audit, with a strong track record for leadership and negotiating deals in a multicultural environment. He has also served as a judge on various venture fairs and competitions and been a consultant for top banks in Tajikistan and Tacom LLC.
