Paul Smit is a highly educated and experienced professional in the education industry. With a BA Honours in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Commerce (PPE) from the University of Cape Town, Paul has honed his skills in the field of learning and development. He started his career as an e-Learning Developer at Bridgewater Learning before moving up the ranks to become the Development Manager. Later, he worked as the University Portfolio Lead at GetSmarter before assuming the role of Director, Learning Experience at 2U. In these various roles, Paul has demonstrated his expertise in learning design, academic program management, online education, and strategic planning. He brings his unique blend of skills to develop effective solutions that help students and educators achieve their goals.
