Drew Lamm is an accomplished educator, writer, and community builder, who is passionate about harnessing the power of words and stories to help others find their voice and purpose. With over 20 years of experience in the education and writing industries, Drew has honed her skills as a writing consultant, author, and instructor, and has helped countless individuals and groups unlock their creativity and express themselves through the written word. She is the Founder and Director of Taste Life Twice Inc., an organization that specializes in Taste Life Twice writing sessions, which are geared towards helping clients discover the poetic, meaning, and surprise in their day-to-day and past experiences. Drew is a gifted communicator, and her workshops are organically therapeutic, unobtrusive, and compelling.
Drew has studied at several prestigious institutions, including Glen Helen Environmental Education Centre, Antioch, Yellow Springs, Ohio, Principia College, and Teacher's College at Columbia University, Manhattanville College. She has worked with a wide range of organizations, including Silver Hill Hospital, Milk * an advertising agency, Readingware, Clarion Books, Alfred A. Knopf, Orchard Books, Hyperion Books, Manhattanville College and Columbia Teacher's College, where she founded and led the Writing Project.
As a writing instructor, Drew brings passion and expertise to the classroom, helping students unleash their creativity and critical thinking skills. She is a talented author and has published works with various publishers like Clarion Books, Alfred A. Knopf, Orchard Books, and Hyperion Books. Drew is a master of her craft, and her services are in high demand. She also runs weekly Taste Life Twice writing sessions with high-risk adolescents at Silver Hill, a nationally-ranked private psychiatric hospital that provides treatment for adolescents and adults with psychiatric and/or addictive disorders.
