Jacki Glass, an accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University-Los Angeles, is currently a CoS1 Fellow at On Deck. Previously, she served as Chief of Staff and Consultant at First Round Capital, a venture capital firm. With extensive experience in the startup world, Jacki is well-versed in business operations and strategy, project management, team management, and communication. Her background in psychology also gives her a unique perspective and skillset for understanding and working with people.
