She presently leads a team of designers focused on new user activation, onboarding, education, conversion, retention, and expansion at Sprout Social. Rachel's detail-oriented, operations-minded, geek-out-on-type, and design lover mindset enthuses her to help others hone their craft, find purpose through their work, and develop their voice in the industry.
