Previously, Phiras served as the Director of Regional Investor Relations at Greenstone Equity Partners, raising capital for the firm's global clients.

Before his role at Greenstone, he held the position of Managing Partner at Tamarisk Investments, a Dubai-based private equity firm focusing on middle-market companies in the UAE.

During his time at Tamarisk, Phiras established and managed the firm's investment platform, overseeing all aspects of the investment process from origination to portfolio management.

His professional journey also includes a Vice President role at Deutsche Bank AG, where he led high-profile equity capital market and financing transactions in the region as part of the structured equity sales team.

Phiras began his career in 2003 at Shuaa Capital, a prominent Dubai-based asset management and investment banking firm.

Educationally, Phiras Soubra studied Mathematics at the Amsterdam Institute Of Finance and completed a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Marketing, and Finance at the Lebanese American University.
