Gentzy Franz, Ph.D.

Gentzy Franz, Ph.D., is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational behavior and talent management. Franz has a rich educational background, including a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and HR from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Organizational Communication from Murray State University. He also studied Human Resources at the same university.

With years of experience in his field, Franz has held several leadership positions in industry and academia. He founded LIGHTLY, a firm offering coaching and development services, and worked as a Coach at 15sixty. Franz was also a Lecturer at the School of Labor and Employment Relations at University of Illinois, where he taught courses on HR and talent management.
