Managing the CX/Growth team’s entire product portfolio (internal and external facing products) and platform – STRIVE – a Customer experience, Employee experience, and micro improvement platform. Leading all product aspects working with Data scientists, Full Stack Developers, UI/UX designers - creating tools and supporting the different organizations - Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, Finance, Sales, and more.These products have had a major impact on the way HP Indigo and these organizations gauge their performance and improve, mostly by bringing data and tools to the end user, and improving KPI performance through-out HP Indigo. Managed the support system for these products, managing 2 students and 2 interns, supporting ~20K users, ~5K WAU, sending ~450K highly personalized emails monthly (Avg. open rates of 35% and NPS feedback request conversion of 18%.
