Arjan Brussee has had a prolific career in the gaming industry, taking on various roles across different companies. He recently joined Epic Games as the Product Director for Unreal Engine's Games market, after returning to the company in 2018 to work on Fortnite Mobile and Switch, PS5, XSX, and FN Creative.

Prior to his current role, Brussee co-founded Boss Key Productions with Cliff Bleszinski in 2014, serving as Chief Operating Officer and overseeing general management, strategy, planning, production, finance, legal, negotiations, HR, technical direction, and programming. Under his leadership, Boss Key released Lawbreakers, which received critical acclaim upon its release.

Before Boss Key, Brussee worked at EA Visceral as Executive Producer, leading the conceptualization and pre-production of Battlefield Hardline, and helping with Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 3 End Game DLC. His longest stint was at Guerrilla Games - where he co-founded the company and started the Killzone series - serving as Production Director and co-founder. He later was the Executive Producer of the critically acclaimed Horizon Zero Dawn, which had a two-year pre-production period.

Outside of gaming, Brussee studied Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and also at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He is also an astrophotography enthusiast and shares his work on Instagram.
