Kiko Stefanov is an accomplished IT professional with a wealth of experience in delivering successful IT solutions for organizations. With a track record of accelerated professional growth, Kiko has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, adaptability, and resourcefulness in various roles.

Kiko's expertise in project management is undeniable, having successfully formed and managed the Project Management Organization for a Fortune 500 technology retailer. He oversaw an annual portfolio of 275+ enterprise IT projects across seven business areas and implemented Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) processes and technology solutions.

In addition to his project management capabilities, Kiko is experienced in building a PMO, program management, business analysis, IT systems consulting, design, and management, as well as IT leadership and strategy. His technical knowledge covers all aspects of IT, including relational databases, business intelligence, systems design technical architecture, systems/application development, security, and networking.

Kiko's skills have been honed over time, having served as a technical consultant for a national commercial real estate company, managed the implementation of an HRMS and payroll system for a Fortune 500 electronics and office supply retailer, and led the technical implementation of quality assurance software for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.
