Scarlett Pucci is an accomplished researcher adept in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with a diverse background in program evaluation, survey design, project management, and grant management. With her focus areas being criminal justice, mental health, and healthcare, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Elmhurst College and a Master's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.

Later, she joined Ipsos as an Account Manager, where she employed her expertise to help her clients make informed decisions by designing surveys, analyzing data, and presenting findings.
