Nathan was awarded a 10-month sabbatical to manage a political campaign for a first time U.S. congressional candidate in the 2018 mid-term elections in central New Jersey. He developed and executed a comprehensive fundraising strategy to raise $1.9M with private and public sector partners.  He assisted campaign strategy across communications to deliver strategic messaging on policy relating to economy, healthcare, environment, and education.

Nathan collaborated with healthcare providers to deliver revenue cycle enhancements through service design workflow improvements, standardization of practices and metric management. He led teams on complex revenue optimization strategies while managing the execution of the project road-map, including required analysis, workflow design, system testing, and training. He was also responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment to ensure project deliverables were achieved in a timely manner and assisted with personal development through formal evaluations, day-to-day feedback, career path planning and promotion readiness. Nathan regularly ranked at the top of his peer group in annual performance appraisal and received 2 major promotions.

Nathan was elected President of the Student Government Association through a school wide vote. He  represented student concerns to senior level administrators including the College President. He managed an 11 member Executive Board and 37 member Assembly. Nathan oversaw allocations of the student budget exceeding $350,000.
