Sam April is a language enthusiast with a diverse background in teaching, writing, and technical support. Sam is a native Italian speaker and fluent in Spanish, having lived in Costa Rica for two years. In addition, Sam is proficient in Japanese at an advanced conversational level. Sam's strong teaching skills stem from experience with 3rd, 4th, and 6th-grade students, as well as an ESL class for Spanish-speaking adults. Sam has created curriculums, organized, and created lesson plans.

With an excellent vocational and writing skillset, Sam has experience in theater and journalistic writing. Sam won 1st place in state and national journalism awards, and is the owner and publisher of Misery Weekly, a local satirical newspaper in Columbia, Missouri. Sam has extensive knowledge and experience with computers, networking, information technology, and technical support. Sam has an impressive typing speed of 83 words per minute and enjoys learning new ideas, concepts, and taking on new challenges.

Education-wise, Sam studied Bachelor's degree, Spanish Language and Literature at University of Missouri-Columbia and Italian Language and Literature at Università per Stranieri di Perugia. In terms of work experience, Sam held positions at Sleep Number by Select Comfort, Trans States Airlines, and Rosetta Stone.
