Willem Leppink is a seasoned European intellectual property and marketing lawyer with extensive experience in pan-European matters. He specializes in litigating and advising on trade mark, design, and copyright issues, domain names, and unfair commercial practices. With a focus on corporate social responsibility, Willem leads the intellectual property and marketing group at Ploum. He is a domain name panelist with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for UDRP and .nl domain name disputes and the Czech Arbitration Court for .eu disputes. Additionally, he is a Legal Rights Objections (LRO) expert and a panelist for the Trademark Post-Delegation Dispute Resolution Procedure (Trademark PDDRP) with WIPO.
