Tim Miner studied Political Science and Psychology at the University of Vermont where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA). After graduating, Tim embarked on a career in Retail Merchandising. He joined TJX, a leading off-price retailer, where he currently serves as the Vice President of Merchandising. With his extensive experience and skills in merchandising, Tim has been instrumental in driving TJX's growth in recent years.

Through his career, Tim has developed a keen eye for trend forecasting, product development, and strategic planning. He uses his expertise in merchandising to build strong vendor partnerships and ensures that his team stays ahead of the competition. Besides, Tim has excellent analytical and leadership skills, which he uses to inspire his team to exceed company goals.
