Justin M. Buchholz is a seasoned financial professional skilled in transaction services, due diligence, and interim CFO services across various industries. As the Transaction Services Leader at The Siegfried Group, Justin provides expert guidance to private equity firms and strategic buyers, evaluating potential investments and the existing portfolio of companies. With over 100 transactions worth between $3 million and $300 million under his belt, including leveraged recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions, minority investments, and platform investments, his experience speaks for itself. Prior to joining The Siegfried Group, Justin was the Manager of Transaction Advisory Services at CBIZ CMF, LLC. He studied for his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Masters of Business Administration, both at Philadelphia University.
