Vishal Gurbuxani is a seasoned technology professional with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and business. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and has received numerous awards for his contributions to the field of computer and software engineering. Gurbuxani is passionate about branded content, influencer marketing, blockchain, entrepreneurship, and investing. He co-founded Captiv8 and Mobclix, two companies that revolutionized social media marketing and mobile supply-side platforms, respectively. As Chief Technology Officer at Velti, he was responsible for the direction of the Product and Technology Group comprising 600 staff worldwide. He was also involved with developing mobile monetization platforms and solutions for global brands and businesses at Velti. His key achievements include launching an incubator for emerging new startups and funding seed projects such as Instacart, Zenefits, Vizio, Soho House, Dr. Chrono, Sumazi.
