Nicolette Pajda is a successful serial entrepreneur, passionate philanthropist, tech startup expert, and board member of the Chicago Innovation Awards. With over 7 years of experience leading a philanthropic and charity networking organization called Connect.Inspire.Grow, Pajda actively works to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research, children's health initiatives, public schools, and homeless shelters. As the Sales Manager of Government Division at CIA Medical, she helps healthcare companies grow their businesses and make a greater impact. Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO at Innervate Worldwide and Vice President of Partnership & Business Development at Resultly, Pajda spearheaded initiatives that helped tech startups achieve success.
