Bill Denyer
Bill Denyer is an experienced learning and development leader who focuses on enhancing competencies in a wide range of areas. He has supported mission-critical projects, always keeping a relentless focus on accountability and measurable results. Denyer uses a business partnering approach, blending the latest theories and proven practices to develop and facilitate management and leadership initiatives. He continuously focuses on business and revenue drivers, products, operations, and challenges. Through gap analysis, he identifies obstacles to change, performance improvement, and efficiencies. Denyer brings energy and creativity to all learning experiences, including learning games, and has an absolute commitment to interactive and participative learning.
Denyer studied Higher Education, Administration, and Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, and has an MA in Education from San Francisco State University. He also studied Sociology and Physical Education at San Francisco State University, where he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor. Denyer has a long list of accomplishments, including serving as Principal at Performance Solutions, Curriculum Developer at Ellie Mae, and Teacher at Santa Fe Public Schools. He has also been a learning and development consultant for Esurance, Inc., Prosperity Mortgage, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, among others. Denyer has served in training and management roles at Fremont Bank, E-Loan, Inc, and World Savings and Loan Association, where he was the Vice President and Training Director. Today, Denyer is an adjunct professor at Las Positas College.
