She has worked extensively with organizations dedicated to social impact, inclusive finance, impact investing, global INGOs, think tanks, research orgs, and philanthropy.

Nicole's passion and expertise lie in identifying and engaging top-tier human capital solutions across the globe, particularly for organizations committed to achieving lasting change in areas such as health and well-being, food security, sustainability, education, gender empowerment, social justice, democratic governance, employment, infrastructure development, and accountability.

With more than 25 years of experience in the field, Nicole has worked across various sectors, lived in Eastern Europe, East Africa, and the US, and served in leadership roles at Palladium: Make It Possible, World Vision, Perrett Laver, Koya Partners - Diversified Search Group - AltoPartners, Arcus Development, and August Leadership. She has also completed executive education in Governing for Nonprofit Excellence at Harvard Business School and holds a Masters in Human Resource Development from Azusa Pacific University.
