Chip Lutz is a former Commander in the US Navy, a leadership keynote speaker, and the author of five leadership books. Lutz's passion lies in leadership, and he seeks to equip his audiences with practical tools that they can immediately put into action. His presentations are interactive and humorous, with a focus on application rather than theory. Lutz's leadership expertise comes from his experience leading during the chaos of the September 11th attacks and his two Command tours in the Navy. Lutz is also a graduate of several universities, including Liberty University, Northern Illinois University, and Southern Illinois University. In addition, he has held positions such as Human Resources Director in the Navy and Senior Faculty at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
