John Ondik is a seasoned consultant, entrepreneur, and executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and business development. He founded The Ondik Group, a consulting firm that advises businesses and government entities on strategy and operations and serves as Program Director, Snider Center Venture Advising at Penn Wharton Entrepreneurship. John also holds the position of Senior Business Consultant and Instructor at Temple University Small Business Development Center (SBDC). John has worked with businesses of all sizes, including numerous start-ups and growth companies, and has served on several advisory boards.

John previously held senior roles at Aramark and KPMG, co-owned and was CEO of Pathway Technologies, led the US market for a solar technology startup, and was an Executive in Residence at The Science Center. He has also been a judge and mentor in various university business plan competitions and is engaged with multiple veteran entrepreneurship programs. John is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship and has completed several management programs at top-tier universities.

John holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS from Villanova. He is an accomplished leader with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, business development, operations, and entrepreneurship.
