Sohail Malik, a seasoned financial expert with over 25 years of experience in the field of venture capital, private equity, banking, and consulting. With extensive knowledge and global exposure, he has contributed to the growth of various organizations in over a dozen countries. Currently serving as the Middle Office Manager for the venture capital arm of Saudi Aramco, Sohail utilizes his expertise in deal advisory, business valuations, alternative investments, financial due diligence, and equity finance to drive growth in the portfolio of companies. Prior to this, he was a founding member and Executive Director in Investments of a boutique private equity firm, where he played a crucial role in developing the company's portfolio of deal companies. Sohail's professional background also includes a 9-year stint with EY, one of the Big 4 firms, wherein he provided consulting and auditing services.

Sohail has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangor University, as well as certifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Capital Market Authority, and Certified Information Systems Auditor from the Information Systems Audit & Control Association.
