Gary Palladino is an award-winning Design Manager with a decade of experience in ergonomic product design, rapid prototype development, project management, and team leadership. Palladino graduated with a Master of Industrial Design degree from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.

As a Lead Industrial Designer at UPPAbaby and a former Experience Design Manager, Industrial Design Manager, and Senior Industrial Design Engineer at SharkNinja, Palladino has extensive experience in designing products, evaluating existing designs to identify shortcomings and engineer innovative solutions. He is also proficient in advanced 3D modeling, agile methodology and has an excellent skill set in stakeholder engagement, user-centered design, and consumer journey mapping.

Palladino began his career as an Industrial Design Intern at Proteus Design, followed by employment at other organization’s including Manta Product Development, Louis Nelson Associates, Inc., Marc Ecko Enterprises, and Visual Display Innovation, Inc.
