Update on current situation - all team members in Ukraine are safe & sound, actively helping with the war effort (on medical and other fronts), they are Army Reserve Officers.

Over the pandemic, we bootstrapped and self funded the development: we built an MVP that gives real promise of fundamental change of managing cardiovascular disease, making its effective, clinically applicable prediction a reality.
We have found our home: Luxembourg!
A small country with a fast growing entrepreneurial healthcare scene offering big support for startups, that has given us a unique chance: in partnership with the Luxembourg Institute of Health we have built a consortium (13 partners, comprising research institutes, medical and academic establishments, hospitals & medical centres as well as government health ministries, businesses and corporations) to apply for a Horizon grant call: "Trustworthy artificial intelligence (AI) tools to predict the risk of chronic non-communicable diseases"

Human Alfa Seed VC fund

Working with Tomasz & Adam, the co-Founders on strategic issues, including funding (getting the right, smart investors on board), business development and push into the corporate world.
RevDeBug created a developer tool which dramatically simplifies the diagnosis and identification of bugs in the software, allowing developers to track changes in the program, returning to the point of the error and repairing it. It all but eliminating the traditional, time & resource heavy debugging process.
Its unique logger crash recorder functionality allows not only for fast diagnosis of root cause of bugs, but also enables identification of who & which data from which system is responsible for the crash – absolutely critical, key information when there are a number of different apps usually running.
It took two years, over 30K man-hours by a team of 8 developers, to get a market ready product.

Let down by poor leadership under an authoritarian CEO, the root cause of the failed venture round.
Classic example of how great technology is not enough to succeed, that people are always the weakest part.

The Club has been set-up set up as an investment structure for best start-ups from Central & Eastern Europe - to give them opportunity to both fund-raise and grow from London.

Members of our Club are primarily investment bankers from the City, who are interested to become active investors in start-ups: taking advantage of the SEIS/EIS tax breaks, but also getting valuable  experience working with entrepreneurs (as many of them are thinking about setting up their own business, once they leave their City careers).

We have secured partnership of two of the best crowd-funding platforms (Seedrs and CrowdCube): the idea is that we raise a chunk of the funding within our club and the rest of the funding will be raised via those crowd-funding platforms.

The company developed a highly innovative platform for software agents (bots), for applications in diverse industries (projects included Boeing Corp. and Marriott Hotels Inc.).
Set up and oversaw operations of the R&D centre (70 software engineers) and was actively involved in business development, including fundraising in Silicon Valley.
