Abigail Dean is the Global Head of Strategic Insights for Nuveen Real Assets, a division of TIAA. In her role, she oversees the organization's global sustainability initiatives, proptech, and research functions. Her team collaborates with various departments, including investment and product development, to ensure that Nuveen's investment strategies in Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Natural Capital are informed by global megatrends and incorporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into fund and asset management.1
