Jadon's career began with various roles in IT, finance, organizational development at AIESEC India. He then took on various digital marketing roles, including Social Media Analyst at Cadbury plc, Manager of Social Media at Mondelez International, and Senior Business Partner of Digital at SUPERVALU. Jadon also occupied multiple positions at AIESEC International, including Web and Information Systems Manager, Vice President of Information Systems, and Global Vice President of Online Platforms.

With a proven track record of leading large teams and driving marketing strategies, Jadon formerly served as the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy, Head of Data Strategy & Digital Media- Gatorade, Director of Digital Strategy & eCommerce, Senior Director of Consumer Data and Digital Strategy, and currently holds a position as Senior Director- Global Consumer Data, 1P and Personalization @ Scale at PepsiCo.
