Abhishek Dhyani is an Agile UX Designer with over 8 years of experience, having collaborated with startups, corporates, and consultancies to deliver user-centric solutions through design.

Currently, Abhishek is spearheading the design team at WorkInSync, a SAAS product facilitating employees' return to the office, while fostering a design-first culture.

Under Abhishek's leadership, WorkInSync has achieved notable recognitions such as being awarded Leader-Fall 2021 by G2, Happiest Users by Crozdesk, and a 4.8/5 rating by Gartner peer insights.

Driven by the belief that good design balances problem-solving with user empathy, Abhishek has a history of guiding projects, setting product team goals, and aiding brands in their digital transformation journey.

With a background in serving diverse global clients and managing a design firm, Abhishek has excelled in various aspects, from business development initiatives to involving clients in the design process.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Abhishek has a penchant for storytelling and personal challenges; he recently undertook a cycling expedition from Bangalore to Goa, showcasing his journey through motion graphics and data visualization.

Abhishek pursued his education in Communication Design and Graphic Design, earning a diploma from MIT Institute of Design.
