Shaji Nair is a highly experienced IT professional with over two decades of experience managing large-scale programs and architecting solutions. He currently heads the India offices of Mcfadyen Digital and is responsible for delivering growth, profitability, people, and operations. Before joining Mcfadyen Digital, Shaji was a Delivery Head at Wipro Technologies, where he managed projects worth over USD 20 million with a team of 300 consultants. Specializing in delivery and program management, business intelligence consulting, and data warehousing solutions, Shaji has an in-depth understanding of IT services like presales, consulting, delivery, and operations.

Shaji has a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institute. Shaji has worked for several renowned organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, Infosys, and Wipro Technologies in various positions.
