Sarah Conlon is an accomplished marketing professional with a diverse background in client services, account management, and marketing coordination. She holds a degree in Marketing and Business Office Management from the Institute of Technology Carlow, and has worked for leading companies in various industries including Retail, Printing, and Event Management.
Starting out as a Sales and customer service associate at TK Maxx, Sarah gained experience in sales and customer service management, which later helped her excel as a Marketing Assistant and Events Co-ordinator at Institute of Technology Carlow. Her skills in client services and account management subsequently landed her roles as Client Services - Account Manager at InnerWorkings, Senior Account Manager at Retail inMotion, and Account Director at OLIVER Ireland. In her most recent role as Head of Customer Evolution at Retail inMotion, Sarah has been instrumental in leading customer relationship management efforts.
